Steen Montgomery Andersen (1957)
Steen Montgomery-Andersen was the former CFO of Greenland Airports. He has previously worked in KNI A/S as CFO and in Tele Greenland as Vice President and CFO. He has a background in financial management and financing of large infrastructure projects, strategic management and communication. Member of the board since May 2020. Chairman of the board since May 2022.

Ujarak Rosing Petersen
Ujarak Rosing Petersen (1981) is the CEO of INUPLAN A/S, and is experienced in management of a knowledge-based engineering company in Greenland.
Ujarak has a Bsc. of Engineering degree in Arctic Technology from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) (2005) and is a Diploma graduate in management from Business Institute (2015).
Ujarak is experienced in design-engineering, project management, construction management, and supervision of different building-, infrastructure- and plant projects.
Ujarak has been a member of the board since May 2022.

Heidi Jeremiassen is the Area Manager and Head of Administration for the town Paamiut under the Municipality of Nuuk (Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq). She has a background in municipality management and administration. On the board since May 2020.

Thomas Bendtsen (1970) joined the Board of Sikuki in May 2023. Thomas is the CEO and owner of Packmont logistic Group. He was previously the CEO of Rønne Havn A/S for a period of 11 years and has a history of employment in Copenhagen Malmö Port and A.P. Moller Maersk. Thomas is experienced within strategic business development, and for developing board activities ensuring value adding contribution. He is originally educated as a Master of Mariners, and has an HD in internal economic and IT, together with an MBA in shipping and Logistics.

Marie Louise Frederiksen
Marie Louise Frederiksen (1984) joined the board of Sikuki in May 2023. Marie Louise is an independent lawyer and the owner of Frederiksen Law Firm in Nuuk providing legal counsel to businesses and organizations. She has been appointed as a beneficiary lawyer by the Court of Greenland. Educated in Sweden and Denmark she graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen in 2013 and became a licensed attorney in 2017. Marie Louise has a keen interest in society and development. She serves as the chairperson of Nunatsinni Advokatit (Association of Greenlandic Lawyers), is a member of the Council for Greenlandic Judiciary, a member of the Greenland Doping Board, and a co-owner of VISKA Horses in Nuuk.

John Rasmussen (1962)
John Rasmussen has been the CEO of Sikuki Nuuk Harbour A/S since October 2016. John has worked in ports and terminal operations, shipping, shipping operations, project management, infrastructure, administration, security and crisis management in senior positions for more than 35 years in Denmark, West Africa, the Netherlands and Greenland. He has a professional background from the East Asiatic Company (ØK/EAC), Sea-Land Service Inc. and as VP and COO in Royal Arctic Line. He has an Executive MBA from IMD, Switzerland. John has lived in Greenland since 1993.
